Terms of Service

These are the rules for using SalesSprint ("we", "us", the "Service"). By signing in, you agree to them. We tried to keep it short and human.

What SalesSprint is

SalesSprint is an AI-powered sales training platform. You practice mock sales calls with an AI prospect, and an AI coach grades your responses. It's designed as a learning tool — not as a source of legal, financial, real-estate, or professional advice.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we treat anyone signed in with your account as you.

Acceptable use

Don't use SalesSprint to:

• Violate any law or infringe on anyone else's rights
• Transmit malware or attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other people through your practice transcripts
• Scrape, spam, or abuse our APIs
• Resell, rebrand, or commercialize the Service without our permission

Microphone and voice

Practice calls are voice conversations, so the Service asks for microphone access. By using voice features you consent to us capturing and processing your microphone audio during a practice turn to produce a text transcript. Where your browser supports on-device speech recognition, audio never leaves your machine; otherwise a short clip of your turn is sent to our transcription provider and discarded after transcription. We do not store audio recordings, and we never listen to your microphone outside an active practice turn. You can practice by typing instead wherever a text input is offered.

Teams

If you join a team, that team's owners and managers can see your practice activity, scores, transcripts, and coaching feedback from sessions run while you are a member, as described in the Privacy Policy. The invite page discloses this before you accept. Team owners are responsible for having the right to invite their members and for complying with any workplace notice requirements that apply to them.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled. Prices, billing intervals, and included access are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the paid period unless law requires a different result. Team pricing is based on active practice seats. Administrative members who do not practice do not require a paid practice seat.

Free weekly challenge

The anonymous challenge allows one recorded result per browser each week. This is a browser-level limit, not a verified identity limit. Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove the saved result, and we may apply additional abuse-prevention limits to keep the public service available.

Your content

You own what you say in your practice calls. We don't claim ownership of your transcripts. We process them only to provide the Service (grade your call, show you your dashboard). We don't train AI models on your content.

Our content

Scenario scripts, ideal-answer guidance, AI-generated coaching, and the app itself are owned by SalesSprint. You can use them personally while using the Service, but you can't redistribute them.

Beta / "as-is" disclaimer

SalesSprint is currently in beta and provided "as is." The AI coach is a model — it can make mistakes, hallucinate, or produce incorrect feedback. Take the output as practice guidance, not as a professional sales evaluation. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for lost sales, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages from using the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to SalesSprint is capped at $100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can stop using SalesSprint anytime — delete your sessions from the dashboard or email us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the Service.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
